Vintage Brass Microscope

Vintage Brass and Cast Iron microscope.
Single magnification.
Regrettably someone has lost the pinion and small attachment bracket that is used for focussing; the rack is built into the optical barrel and in good condition.
Also the eyepiece optical components were in disarray when I received the unit but have been reassembled in what may be a slightly better arrangement to follow common eyepiece designs.
The unit has a double sided illuminating mirror (flat and concave) on a typical swivel arrangement with the edges distressed on the flat side and some spots in the silver on the concave side.
The stage has a tilting fine focus bed with a knurled adjusting screw underneath and also 4 apertures under the stage on a small carousel for limiting the field of illumination.
Condition fair with some brass polishing compound in odd places, obviously had a life as an ornament but with some work could perhaps be made to work again. With the lenses in the eyepiece as currently fitted the focal distance is rather long (about 35mm). There is perhaps more than the usual dust in the optics but they can be opened for cleaning.
The only marking is a stamped or engraved "3" on the top of the eyepiece
Picture to follow, trades considered, please confirm availability and shipping costs before making payment. Same sort of configuration to the image in the link.
