Alcatraz Rules 1956/1983

On the Cover "INSTITUTION RULES & REGULATIONS" by Warden Paul J. Madigan.
This specimen is a 1983 reproduction done in faithful style by the "Golden Gate National Parks Association".
This is a wonderful read. Perhaps even a bit of nostalgia for someone who has visited the island on a tour.
It is likely done in offset litho with black inside and blue on the cover. The reproduced text looks just as if it had been done on a spirit (Roneo) duplicator from typewritten stencils. The cover has a halftone block showing an aerial view of Alcatraz Island.
Alcatraz Island is quite small at 0.5km long : N37.8267 W122.423
By comparison Robben Island is 3.2km long and actually has an airstrip and also has tours, I wonder if they have a reproduction of the inmates rules, might be fun to compare : S33.8121 E018.3799
The booklet is 'letter' size with unbleached newsprint pages and a card cover. It is perforated with a standard hole punch and bound with a sheet metal filing binder clip. The covers (the front more so) have suffered from some fish moth (silver fish) nibbling at the edges and a few dog ears. The holes in the front cover have been torn open so it is loose on the binding clip. The pages are in good condition and the space for writing in the inmates number has not been filled in.
